I am already liking his attitude, and the way he approaches things. I believe he will help the Razorback Basketball get back to her Glory Days!
Sign Of Selflessness
FAYETTEVILLE — Arkansas coach John Pelphrey wants his basketball players selfless. He wants the Razorbacks to be about the team first, the individual second. Now, it’s early in the season. Practice started only Friday night, when the Hogs opened the season in front of 6,200 fans in Bud Walton Arena, including new athletic director Jeff Long.

By now, I am sure you all have seen his comments following the Auburn loss. I will recap them incase you missed it.
“We had some bullets. We weren’t using them,” Arkansas offensive coordinator David Lee said. “I’m glad we saved them for the last drive. We had something going.”
You had bullets, and was GLAD you saved them for the last drive? What? What is this? Why didnt you use your bullets earlier in the game? You may have actually WON the game then. This is sad. Our coaching staff is tearing this program apart more and more, day by day, and seem as if they have having a great time doing so!
What will it take? What must be done for the people in the BAC to finally see the destruction taking place before their very eyes?
Save The Hogs, Fire Nutt and his Staff, TODAY!
Sorry Darren, your Heisman chances are now gone. The team you grace with your awesome talent and ability has been ran into the ground with 3 SEC losses by the coaching staff which should have been fired in 2004. It has been a pleasure, and an honor to watch such greatness in a Hog jersey, but a shame to see such talent waisted at the same time.
Darren, there are many NFL teams looking at you, and hoping to have you on their team next year. Take the leap. Enter the draft. You will go on day 1. Then you can play for a real coach, on a real team, and truly show what you are made of.
Go Hogs and go D-Mac!
Here we go again. Houston thinking he did just enough to win, and the Arkansas media kissing his ass when it didn’t happen. This is a problem we have had for some time now. No one other than the fans have enough balls to stand up and call a spade for spade. I would think Wally Hall may would step out, but then again, he did coward down to Nutt on the radio last year after he called him out in an article. What will it take? When will someone step up and do the right thing, other than the fans, of course.
Late drive too little, too late for Hogs
FAYETTEVILLE — It creaked and cracked, but the Arkansas playbook finally opened.
(Arkansas Democrat-Gazette Northwest Edition)
While I may disagree with the current coaching staff at the University of Arkansas, I am a fan of the kids who are playing as Razorbacks.
Congratulations are in order for Darren McFadden for becoming the all Time Leading Rusher in Arkansas Razorback History. I’m sure Darren will break many more records in his career!
Go Hogs!
McFadden Gets His Record
FAYETTEVILLE — On one of his worst days in an Arkansas uniform, Darren McFadden forever penciled his name into the record books as the school’s all-time best.

Arkansas Media, your time has come. Step up, and answer your call to arms. You guys are the ones who can help do the right thing. you are the ones who can lead the way, and be a voice for thousands of disgruntled Hog fans. It is time to call for the termination of Houston Nutt as Head Coach of Arkansas Razorback Football. Stans up, be proud, and use your pull as media to do the right thing!
Props to ESPN for showing multiple shots of banners, posters, and shirts with Anti Nutt messages. ESPN started the charge tonight, now local guys, it is your turn!
Well, what can I say? What can anyone say? Our beloved Hogs are backed up against the wall. 0-3 in SEC Play. Any hopes for a decent season, or even a decent bowl game, have pretty much been flushed down the drain. When will someone in the BAC finally wake up and see what MUST be done?
Auburn Defeats Hogs With Late Field Goal, 9-7
FAYETTEVILLE, Ark. – Freshman Wes Byrum accounted for all nine points for No. 22 Auburn and his field goal with 21 seconds left in the game sealed the victory for the Tigers over Arkansas, 9-7. Casey Dick’s desperation pass on the last play of the game was intercepted by Jerraud Powers.

Welcome, and thanks for visiting. This blog will be my own personal spot to rant, rave, or simply talk about Arkansas Razorback Athletics as I see it.
Tonight, I feel like many in the State of Arkansas. I feel ripped off. I look at the talent the Razorback Football Team has, and I see the less than stellar performance they have given this year.
Now here we are, 0-3 in SEC play. We have key players injured, little to no depth, and a coaching staff that could be out coached by a majority of the High School coaching staffs from around this great State.
When will it end? What will it take to end it? Sure, we have a new AD in Jeff Long coming in, but only time will tell if he is a Houston “Yes” man, or the man to say “Yes, Houston, pack your bags”.
We still have 6 games left. 6 games for Houston Nutt and company to put up or shut up. Hell, it could be 6 more games for us to endure having to put up with Nutt and his lack of play calling ability.
I will have more to come soon. Feel free to leave your comments if you like. I am not a professional sports writer by no means. I just wanted a way to let others know how I feel in my spirit about my beloved program, while also having a way to keep it all documented for future reference.
GO HOGS!
